Aju, the elite warrior of Vush-Rin, clutched the Necromancy Orb in his hand. He expected his pet to come in when the doors open but saw four enemies enter. He pocketed the Necromancy Orb and held up his hand where an obsidian sword materialized within his grasp.
He readied himself to fight his foes, but vines burst out from the ground. He tried fighting it off, but the vines entangled him immediately, and lost his off-hand dagger.
His enemies had an edge over him as he failed every time escaping his predicament. Adding insult to injury there was a vicious voice mocking him before he met his demise.
Thankfully, his lover Benzhali came in the nick of time and retrieved the Necromancy Orb. The enemies failed to retrieve the orb. He may die tonight, but his mission was a success.
And the Tiefling pierced his heart with his rapier.
The Heroes took down the Drow Elite Warrior, but their pride sustained more injury from losing the Necromancy Orb. Adeqywn found a nice little dagger to add to his collection. On the other hand, Persivus found a suitable sword that could very well qualify for his family sword. It called to him. It desired him and drew him ever closer. The sword fused to his hand when he picked it up. He could not drop it and let it go at all. The magical sword bounded itself with a new warrior. Everyone in the party knew this magical sword is one forged and imbued with evil.
It was at that point the Elite Warrior skin changed from midnight black to a pale yellow similar to that of the High Elves. The sword carried a heavy cure with it.
After Billibur woke up to the grim news, he told the heroes to hurry to the south into Orc territory and find Richsanium. They were given a wagon pulled by two large rams. They also picked up Faelynn’s original companion. Kaz, who became crippled after his recovery from the poison. One more quick pit-stop for an Orc flag allowing them passage into ally tribe territory made it to their destination.
Inside the impossibly large interior, they met a frustrated Richsanium. Losing the Necromancy Orb could very well disrupt the balance of the world and most of all, his project of inter-plane traveling. In exchange for making the Displacer Orb and Cloak, he asked the party to retrieve the Seer Crystals from Queen Norma’s private vault.
They needed to form a plan to use the Kingdom Games as a means of getting closer to the Queen’s vault.
